This is a great shopping centre that is only a 10 minute drive from our wedding venue. There are lots of different kinds of shops here, as well as an outlet and supermarket.

Zoomarine is a great day out for all ages! There are rides, an aquarium, water slides, shows throughout the day, and you can even book a Dolphin experience. This is only about 15 minutes drive from our wedding venue.

Krazy World is an interactive zoo with activities for the entire family. There is a petting farm, a dinosaur exhibit, a Reptile Pavilion, and you can view and interact with different species of animals such as birds, bunnies, turtles, lemurs, crocodiles and more. You can also take a swim in the pools, go on the waterslide, plus there are various activities such as zip-line/tree climb, pedal karts, pony/donkey rides, an 18 hole mini golf circuit and Spray Park. This is only about a 15 minute drive from our wedding venue.

Aqualand is one of the largest waterparks in Portugal, with high slides, a river rapid run and surf beach area with wave pool. This is only a 10-15 minute drive from our wedding venue.

Lagos Zoo (Zoo de Lagos) is home to over 140 different species of animals. It's suitable for all ages, but it is about a 35-40 minute drive away from our wedding venue.

Albufeira Old Town is the historic centre of Albufeira. The Square is a vibrant area both day and night with tons of restaurants and bars, shops and street performers. It is only a 15 minute drive from our wedding venue.

Vilamoura is a lovely area in the Algarve, and the Marina especially is fantastic for food and drinks. It is a bit further away, about a 25-30 minute drive from our wedding venue, but definitely worth a visit to have lunch/dinner and drinks.

For those of you that like your vino, this is a great wine tasting experience where you can learn about their production and process, as well as sampling some lovely wine! You can make an afternoon of it here too as they have a swimming pool and tapas menu. This is also a bit further away, about a 25-30 minute drive from our wedding venue.
